Dany is a multidisciplinary practitioner in the arts, working across performance, media, research, and organizational practice. His work is grounded in making—developing site-responsive performances and collaborative projects—while extending into how arts organizations function, heal, and sustain creative life.
Through Cadence, he works with artists and cultural institutions to fine-tune systems, support leadership, and restore flow where complexity disrupts alignment. Cadence approaches operations, structures, and strategy as creative ecosystems—sites for listening, attunement, and care—where meaning and execution are shaped together. Healing, systems work, and art-making are not separate, but interdependent practices.
His master’s thesis in Aesthetics and Politics explored the relationship between artistic production, power, and organizational form, laying the groundwork for an integrated practice that bridges performance, research, and institutional life.
Born in Caracas, Dany lives and works between Los Angeles and Santa Fe.
